Founder’s Hoot Pass
(Legendary – 150 NFT passes Units)
The Founder’s Hoot Pass is a one-of-a-kind recognition for the very first 150 Lil Hoots holders.
These pioneers are known as the Guardians of the First Flight, the Hoots who discovered the forest before anyone else.
Benefits
• Entry to exclusive giveaways: ETH, blue-chip NFTs, and high-tier prizes.
• Secret missions: hidden puzzles within the lore with unique rewards.
• Elite community status: Hoot Founder title
• A unique Individually numbered NFT pass (#001/150) for rarity and prestige.
Narrative Role
The Guardians of the First Flight are the pillars of the society, the wise Hoots who safeguard the ancient prophecies. Their pass is the key that unlocks the most secret caves of the forest.
Rules
As long as you keep at least one Lil Hoots NFT in your wallet, your NFT pass will be valid. Simply holding the Founder’s Pass in your wallet without owning any Lil Hoots NFTs will not void your pass. However, you won’t be eligible to participate in giveaways, rewards, or other exclusive benefits unless you also hold at least one Lil Hoots NFT.
If you sell, transfer, or move your pass to another wallet, it will be permanently voided. You’ll lose access to all exclusive giveaways, rewards, and benefits tied to the Founder’s Pass—forever.
I considered making this a soulbound NFT (non-transferable), but I’ve decided to keep it flexible for now. Just know: once you move it, the magic is gone.
This pass is your key to exclusive perks, surprises, and early-Hoot benefits—only for the true Day 1 believers.
Hoot Society Pass
(Elite – For All Holders)
The Hoot Society Pass is the official access for every other Lil Hoots holder.
Though not part of the first flight, their role is vital: they are the Members of the Night Council, the owls who keep the forest alive and strengthen the society.

• Entry for regular giveaways: collaborative NFTs and special community rewards.
• Community missions: collective challenges that unlock prizes.
Narrative Role
The Members of the Night Council are the guardians of collective wisdom. They maintain balance and strengthen the roots of the forest while awaiting the signals of the Guardians of the First Flight.
Rules
• Every holder is special in Lil Hoots.
As long as you have at least one Lil Hoots NFT in your wallet, you’re part of the family and automatically included in the regular giveaways and other community benefits. You don’t need an NFT pass.
